Packing
Works are packed flat between rigid acid-free boards, interleaved with glassine, or rolled in a tube for larger sheets, inside a water-resistant outer carton.
Dispatch & delivery
Dispatch within [placeholder] working days of payment. France [placeholder] days, EU [placeholder] days, rest of world [placeholder] days. All shipments are tracked and insured for the sale value.
Duties & taxes
Prices include French VAT where applicable. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are payable by the collector on delivery.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of delivery under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. Return the work unmarked, in its original packing; return postage is payable by the collector unless the work arrived damaged. Refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned work. Commissioned works made to specification are excluded.
Damage in transit
Photograph the packaging and the work and contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery so an insurance claim can be opened.
