Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in euros and include French VAT where applicable. Each work is unique; an order is accepted only while the work remains available.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. Title passes on receipt of full payment.
Delivery
As set out in Shipping & Returns. Risk passes on delivery to the collector.
Authenticity
Every work is an original watercolour by Enora Elmoznino, signed and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
Copyright
Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. Purchase conveys ownership of the physical work only.
Governing law
French law. Consumers may use the European ODS platform for dispute resolution.
